New WJL Board of Directors meeting and the club's Annual meeting Location: FIELD's Jaguar dealership on Highway 18 in Waukesha, WI. 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Plans for 2009 events will be discussed at this meeting. Please attend if you are interested in seeing a specific event held this coming year. Please contact Dick Diercksmeier with questions regarding this meeting and also if you plan to attend. All members are welcome. |

JCNA CONCOURS JUDGING & CERTIFICATION - JCNA rules review & certification session. - Doors open - 9:00a.m. Review & Test - 10:00a.m. Lunch will be provided for everyone to help celebrate their new status as an official JCNA judge!! Location: John Boswell's garage facility in South Milwaukee, WI. Check our March newsletter for more details. If you like to show your Jaguar in a concours event, learn how to become a JCNA certified judge. This knowledge can also help you better prepare any car you own for those "show & shine" events. SPRING VINTAGE WEEKEND Held at Road America, Elkhart Lake, WI over this weekend. Wheel-to-wheel racing for those who own and maintain vintage and historical race cars. There may be up to 500 participants attending and this may include some of our members. |

BRITISH CAR FIELD DAY (BCFD) - Hundreds of British cars & motorcycles on display in the park This event is hosted by a number of local British car clubs and is held in a park in Sussex, WI. The cost to participate is $10.00 and pre-staging of vehicles takes place between 9:00AM & 12:00PM. The show is open to spectators after 12:00PM and a fee of $2.00 is requested to defer costs. |

A board meeting will be held from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, followed by drinks and refreshments. All members are encouraged to attend the meeting and socialize during and after. kohler International Challenge Held at Road America, Elkhart Lake, WI over this weekend. One of the largest vintage gatherings in the nation. Wheel-to-wheel racing for those who own and maintain vintage and historical race cars. Among the participants attending will be some of our members. Car shows are held on the streets of downtown Elkhart on Friday and Saturday evening. Watch the race cars drive from the track to Elkhart on public highways and streets, Friday, beginning at 6:00 pm. This is one of the free events of the weekend. |

July 25th Saturday |
To return the inter-club I-94 Trophy to Wisconsin we must attend their event with more cars from our club, than they brought to our concours. This means we need to show 8 Jaguars at their concours. If you can't commit the entire weekend to this event, make it a day trip on Saturday and show your kitty in the driven class. You'll have a lot of fun visiting with other club members and you may take home a trophy. Contact John Boswell if you plan to attend this event. Location - Caligny Estate in Wheaton, IL |

Botham Vineyards & Winery - 14th Annual Vintage Celebration Austin Healey autos are the featured marque this year. Let us know if you are going to attend this year's event at 8180 Langberry Road in Barneveld, WI. (11:00am to 5pm) We could organize a road tour. |

Multi-marque Car Show at Veteran's Park on the lakefront This event is being held from 10am until 4pm at Veterans Lakefront Park on Lake Drive, in Milwaukee. This weekend includes two separate events. On Saturday a relaxed "show-and-shine" event will be held that features various car clubs. Our club's contact for this event is John Boswell. |

The MASTERPIECE STYLE and SPEED SHOWCASE Concours d' Elegance event at Veteran's Park on the lakefront This event is being held at the Veterans Lakefront Park on Lake Drive, in Milwaukee. The Sunday event is an "invitation only" concours event. |

VSCDA 24th ANNUAL VINTAGE FESTIVAL Held at Road America, Elkhart Lake, WI over this weekend. Wheel-to-wheel racing for those who own and maintain vintage and historical race cars. There may be over 300 participants attending and this will include some of our members. It is suggested that club members attending either Saturday or Sunday, meet-up with other members near Turn 5 around 1:00 pm and wear their club name badge or a piece of Jaguar apparel. |
